A Renovation project that consists of the total refurbishment and division of a space into two residential units of 220 sqm and 40 sqm respectively.
The classic style finishing along with the original parquet floor were kept intact; the brand new made-to-measure furniture that was designed is distinguished of  a contemporary style combined with a retro, 50’s style furniture design. The end result is a combination of different styles that make this apartment unique. The use of black colour perceived in the materials, furniture and design pieces along the rooms creates a strong chromatic effect that characterizes this apartment.
