The project consists of a building complex composed of two rectangular blocks with a concrete  brut structure, connected by steel walkways with a reticular structure, immersed in a garden.

The rough design and the use of industrial materials such as polycarbonate and expanded metal used in the connecting parts and corten metal in the details, as well as the renovated railway tracks used as fences for the common areas, give the complex a post-industrial image.
The ground floor houses multi-functional spaces while the offices and laboratories, open space, modelled on New York lofts, take advantage of the double height and benefit from plenty of light thanks to the large windows overlooking the balconies, creating impressive perspectives overlooking the city.
The units on the top floor also have access to greenhouse spaces, new structures in iron and glass made on top of the building.
