Design project of a center for the elderly with sheltered accommodation,  rehabilitation for disabled and Alzheimer's center.

The building that completes the new residential district of Figino, is located near the south Park of Milan and was developed around an internal garden dedicated to the therapy of Alzheimer's patients.

The three floors above ground distribute the semi-public functions (centre for disabled , fitness centre, canteen and Alzheimer's centre) at street level, while the accommodation for independent elderly people is on the first and second level. The basement floor is reserved for the parking lot and is surrounded by various facilities.
The materials used for the the finishing integrate the architecture of the Figino district and emphasize the overlapping of volumes that characterizes the construction.
