New residential building poject consisting of a building block of 5 floors above ground and an attic and a second building block consisting of 4 floors plus an attic starting from the roof of the fifth floor of the lower block and going up to the tenth floor above ground; for a total of 23 apartments and 24 underground boxes.

The two parts form a sort of hinge between them, which tends to resolve the plastic and seamlessly uninterrupted corner between Viale Certosa and Via Marcantonio dal Re. 
The morphological layout conceived in this way determines an unusual way of interpreting the courtyard, which makes it possible to enhance the building's courtyard views, acquiring ventilation and perspective views also towards Viale Certosa, and to eliminating the problems of introspection between the newly built buildings that normally occurs in similar situations.
