The project consists in the building renovation with the extension of the top floor through an overall redevelopment of the entire building system.
The project has preserved the structure of the existing main facade, through a careful work of architectural restoration in addition to the thermal insulation of the facades and the roof. It proceeded with the installation of solar energy production systems on the roof with the placement of photovoltaic panels aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the entire existing building.
The facades have been redeveloped and embellished by the insertion of lighting fixtures designed to enhance the historic headquarters of the Milanese maison during the night.
