The project consists of the complete destruction of an industrial site in order to create a private residential complex consisting of three buildings of varying height levels, 15, 19 and 13 floors respectively above ground, creating a total of 71 units. The buildings are arranged in a specific layout allowing the east and west fronts, of the facades of the totally glazed, units of the three buildings not to be blocked.
The proposed project is the result of a sequence of parallel levels with decreasing "density" that overlap from north to south, forming structural walls with very few holes that are covered by a ventilated facade, internal structural partitions (wall beams), pillars, glass walls, and metallic frames that support the sunshades.
The ground connection of the high buildings is carried out by the same concept of parallel levels that define a building of a raised floor intended for condominium use with functions of access, control and leisure activities.
As for the central building, which is the highest, the system of parallel floors extends to the underground level, intended as a parking lot for a total of 85 storage boxes + 26 parking spaces. This layout further enhances the verticality of the building and lowers the height of the garden, which is visible at underground level  from the Fulvio Testi street.
The project pays particular attention to the updated environmental control criteria related to sustainable architecture by adopting photovoltaic panels, high-efficiency power plants, natural ventilation volumes, etc..
