The project takes its shape from the outcome of an international competition whose theme was the construction of a new district with a predominantly residential function, located in the Figino district of Milan.

The winning idea was born from the desire to recreate a sort of "village", a typological configuration favouring social exchanges and interactions (an essential element for us within an entire new urban section).

The creation of courtyards and open spaces for relaxation and leisure time, pedestrian and bicycle paths surrounded by a careful design of public greenery, as well as the scale of the building on a human scale were the founding elements of the project.
