A new residential building in the narrow and elongated lot as per the competition requirement has led us to study and discard various settlement solutions.
Our proposal foresees the insertion of a new volume distributed on a sort of broken line that allows to reach the minimum limit of housing required by the tender.
Protected by the south sliding road, on the north side of the building there is an open space designed on strict geometrical themes, which acts as a connection between the different heights of the buildings and the neighbourhood paths. 
Surfaces covered with shiny metal sheeting contrast with the wooden breakthroughs in the balconies and window frames.
