New construction for residential use consists of 19 apartments and 28 boxes in the basement with space arranged perpendicularly to the south side of Via Lampugnano.

The project building proposes a "coherent" plan on the north-south axis, in which the north end is considerably pushed back by the street line and separated from it by an area designed as a condominium garden, similarly to the buildings on the same scale present in the surroundings. 

It consists of 3 floors of living space above ground in the northern half of the building, near Via Lampugnano, and 5 floors of living space above ground in the southern half, towards the inside of the lot. The two staircases distribute the 19 lodgings in the relevant sectors, allowing for almost all of them a direct air supply with the bedrooms facing the east  and the living areas facing the west. 
On a compositional level, the compact volume of the main building is connected to a system of "folded sheets" that intersect it, managing the shape of the profile of the building, the reinforcement of the structure to the south, the alternation of the standard floors of the building with the different types of accommodation, the variations of the balconies, etc..

In terms of material, the "folded sheet" will be covered both vertically and horizontally, without interruption, by metal sheets with double seams in light grey; the remaining part of the body of the building will be painted in two shades of white and dove grey colors that corresponds respectivaly the first one a sort of frame, the second one the wallpaper that gathers the design of the windows and the external slides of the shutters, both in aluminium in grey colour. 
A two-way ramp leads from the street level to the basement where 28 boxes are located.
