Loft49 is a two-level loft project. On the ground floor the area is an open space equipped with an open kitchen in a contemporary design.
A minimal white painted wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor which, through the full height windows, enjoys excellent lighting and ventilation as well as a beautiful view of the Milanese skyline.
It was decided to preserve the industrial character of the building, maintaining the concrete floor, the exposed systems and the pre-fabricated concrete ceiling painted in white.
Even the electrical parts such as the pipes and sockets were left in visible and were painted orange in order to create a more cheerful and informal atmosphere.
