The design objective of this project is to realize, a contemporary object different from the existing one with its own particular style characteristics, an additional, new volume that lies on the existing building, completely detaching itself from it. 

Few materials are used, light wooden structure, double seaming metal cladding and glass, within a simple design that has its source element in the section. An added volume that is extruded for the width of the entire facade with a panoramic terrace on the roof and, on the street, a continuous glazing to provide natural light to the rooms and striking views of the city.
