Developed as part of the transformation of the Richard-Ginori space, this property is built on three levels at the top of a tower characterized by a single blind front and three glazed sides.
The plan is divided lengthwise in order to reserve the double height of the volume of the living area and to divide the blind side on two levels, fitted with the facilities to put the entrance, the kitchen and some service rooms at the lower level as well as a guest,  television and study rooms on the mezzanine level. On the third level a similar longitudinal layout divides the sleeping area and the terrace. Another key element of the project is the majestic metal staircase that crosses the space like a graphic and plastic element. Few fixed fittings such as the kitchen equipment and the bookshelves that frame the service area are inserted inside a shell dominated by the white finishings and the transparency of the windows. The prismatic volume appears as a panoramic view of the city, emphasized by the connecting architectural elements that become the visual and conceptual protagonist of the renovation.
