A new residential building project consists of a building with an area of square plan and the same height as the adjacent building to the east of the area. The existing blind side is combined and " closed" for a total of 26 units and 112 underground boxes.
The building on the road, six floors above ground, houses one apartment per floor and manages at its base the driveway entrance from the roadway to the three underground floors for parking.
The internal structure, consisting of three elements of varying height, from five to six floors above ground, houses three apartments per floor. In its northernmost part it rests on a one-storey building built in embellishment on the border of the property in adherence to a similar building of the same height built in the neighboring property to the north. 
From the point of view of the style used, the four buildings, which are in a single form (building on the road) and in a trio (internal building) respectively, are configured with the same architectural concept consisting of stone cladding (travertine), cut-out windows, internal balconies and bow windows clad in aluminium, which allows for a more free variation in the types of housing proposed through formal juxtapositions.
A simple porch structure, repeated several times in the north-west corner of the area, enriches the condominium garden with the memory of the pre-existing structure of the warehouse. 
The same "light" design of the metal and glass porch is adopted for the stairway/lift compartment of the internal body.
