The project involved working on a private apartment arranged on two levels, restoring an attic through the creation on the north side of a glass roof and a flat rportion of terrace, all completely rearranged with respect to the facade of the historic building for a total area of about 300 square meters.
The renovation involved the new distribution on the living floor of the new functions of kitchen and living room that have been placed on the renovated attic floor as well as the reconstruction of the mechanical and electrical systems.
The interiors have been designed keeping the original features present in relation to finishes and details, with the insertion of connecting stairs in both the north and west wings as important elements of the transformation of the initial apartment.
