The project consists of the whole building renovation of the building through the creation of 11 units and 8 boxes by using car lifts; the project is articulated through an increase in volume on the top floor with modification of the shape, the remake of the internal and external facade, and the recovery for housing purposes of the internal low body.
The design choices taken into consideration have provided for the external cladding of the project using Canadian tiles for the roof, pink plaster on both sides of the building, the remake of the facade on the street provides for the addition of balconies and a loggia on the upper floors, in addition to the insertion of new decorative elements.
