Project to divide the historic villa dating back to the early 1900's into 5 apartments through the redevelopment of the facades and the maintenance of the entire landscape and pedestrian pathways of the park-pine with tennis court.
The typical Ligurian decorative techniques have been followed through detailed pictorial decorations, the interiors have respected the use of local materials such as slate and white marble from the nearby caves of Carrara.
The private gardens have maintained the subdivisions by using local stones that identify the flower beds and the main species in the tall trees, such as olive trees, Mediterranean pines and aromatic plants.
